Dear World Igbo Congress candidate for office:

Pursuant to Section (c) of the Order of December 9, 2011 issued by the judge of the 215th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, I today filed a Report with the Court in which I have certified the following persons to be the winners of the election for officers of the World Igbo Congress, Inc.:

Subject to Court approval of the Report, pursuant to section (c) of the Court Order of December 9, 2011, each of those officers serve from February 24, 2012, until their successor is elected at the regular annual meeting of the World Igbo Congress, Inc. to be conducted in August or September of 2014 (unless earlier replaced due to removal, death, incapacity, or resignation, and replaced pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Constitution and By-Laws of the World Igbo Congress, Inc. (WIC), except that, in accordance with the Court's Order of January 30, 2012, the persons elected to the positions of House of Delegates Recorder and House of Delegates Parliamentarian will serve from February 24, 2012, until the next meeting of the WIC House of Delegates, at which meeting these two positions will be filled by the House of Delegates in accordance with Section 8.7 of the Constitution.

The Official Tally of Votes contained in the Report I have filed with the Court is set forth on the attached exhibit.
